On commercial contracts, salting and de-icing of the plowed and shovelled areas is included in the season price. On residential contracts, salting is extra and billed per application at the rate on your quote, so you only pay for it on the days it is needed.
What areas do you serve for snow removal?

What happens if the storm lasts multiple days?
Multi-day storms are covered under your seasonal contract at no extra charge. We make passes through the storm as needed to keep the driveway and walkways clear, then do a final clean-up pass after the storm ends.
Do you offer shovelling for walkways and stairs?
Yes. Hand shovelling for walkways, stairs, decks, and tight spots equipment cannot reach. Included with the plow visit on most contracts or available standalone.
Are you fully insured for commercial snow work?
Yes. Doucet Landscaping Excavation & Stonework Inc. carries $5 million in liability insurance and is WCB registered. Every visit is written in a log book, so if there is ever a question about when we were on site, the answer is on record. Proof of insurance is available on request for commercial contracts.
